EASC provides expert consultation, advice, property management and administrative services to individuals or companies who require project coordination with railroads, State government, the Surface Transportation Board and FHWA.
With 29 years of professional experience at the WI Department of Transportation and Wisconsin’s Office of the Commissioner of Railroads, EASC has accumulated a broad working knowledge of Railroad Abandonments, Railroad Real Estate law and history, Rails to Trails Planning and development, Rail Asset Management, and Rail / Highway Safety issues.
EASC collaborates closely with an array of Federal and State government agencies, Class 1 Railroads and Short Lines. Additional technical skill sets in Railroad GIS application development, Data Analysis, Land Surveying, Title Research and Highway Project Management, brings a deep understanding of the issues surrounding the Highway/Rail/Trail intersection.
